The worst thing I've seen done (and would recommend against) is having a sit down dinner with too much structured entertainment. This is a big mistake- we had dinner at the table and couldn't leave the table the rest of the night due to events. It was literally 11:00 PM before I had a chance to talk with the bride and groom and there were several people in the room that my wife and I wanted to catch up with with a little more than a hand wave across the room. Although it sounds like a good idea, I'd say avoid this approach.

My wedding was the best wedding that I ever attended (maybe a little bias). We had great food, good drinks, a great DJ that met with us before & made a list of songs to play & not to play & the dance floor was filled the entire time. The key to really enjoying your wedding / reception is relaxing, know that things will not go exactly as planned. They will go exactly as they were suppose to. Enjoy ever moment (especially if your paying like we did), hopefully you will never do it again but will remember it the rest of your life!!!! Happy Weddings

I am a florist by trade. The best wedding advice I can give you is to get a good wedding planner. If you don't know someone who recommends the person you're considering, make sure you check references. A great wedding planner will take all of the work and worry off of you and simply won't let anything noticable go wrong. A so-so wedding planner is a gamble and no wedding planner is a huge mistake. I've had good experiences without a wedding planner on occasion, but the bride usually spends the whole day organizing. It's your special day- once in a lifetime- get a planner so you can just have a great day.

One piece of advice that comes to mind is in regards to outdoor weddings. These can be the most beautiful ways to go, but be sure to make a good plan B for bad weather! I was invited to an outdoor wedding once that, if the weather had cooperated, would have been gorgeous. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate and their Plan B basically tried to cram 125 people into a space that coudln't even hold 50 comfortably. Most of their well dress guests were soaked and some actually left to go sit in their car (which is rude, too).

My advice: if you don't have a good plan B, don't attempt the outdoor wedding.

Vietnamese style cooking is particularly good for promoting fertility in both men and women as there is little fat used in the cooking process. Lots of green and red vegetables containing vitamin C and E can increase sperm count and improve sperm mobility. Vitamin B6 and B 12 found in chicken, broccoli, squash and pumpkin help maintain reproductive health. Essential fatty acids found in fish and nuts are helpful if you're trying to conceive. Manganese is essential for healthy DNA, which will ensure that your baby is born fit and healthy as well as conceived easily. This is found in lettuce, celery, tea and most nuts. Zinc, which is found in shellfish, lamb, peas and ginger, is essential for male fertility and is a potent antioxidant.
